You Are Amazing!

I’ll bet at times you wonder why you are here. Unless you are unlike most humans, you have experienced some very difficult times. What is the point?

Well, when you zoom way out from your day-to-day life’s experiences, you will find that you are actually on a mission! A mission for the evolution and growth of your soul! And you are doing this whether you have conscious awareness of it or not.

In order for there to be growth, there needs to be contrast or “opportunities for growth.” (For instance, we don’t truly understand love unless we experience fear. We don’t know abundance unless we have experienced lack, and so on.) So, you came here to experience contrast and choose who you will be in the midst of it.

Did you know that those in Spirit, (your “Spiritual Support Team,” such as angels, guides, masters and loved ones) think that you are amazing because you have chosen to do this? They revere and are in awe of you! You leapt into the unknown and arrived in this quite challenging environment to have this adventure of your soul! Wow!

Knowing this, I have found it really helpful to contemplate the deeper lessons or meanings while in the midst of difficult experiences. Perhaps these are opportunities to apply: love instead of fear, trust instead of angst, surrender instead of control, allowing instead of judgement, discipline instead of chaos, focus instead of ambiguity, acceptance instead of rejection and abundance instead of lack just to name a few.

You are learning by personal experience what it means to be on either side of these so-called “opportunities” and you are given the chance to choose what you prefer. Once you realize you are creating your life (and what you experience), you learn to discern the deeper meanings while choosing your path wisely.

Know that despite what you may be experiencing now, it can be shifted! Yet, in the meantime, your willingness to experience and learn from it is viewed with respect and admiration. The Universe says, "Nice job!" as do I, one fellow traveler to another! You are on an adventure of your soul!  Woo-hoo!
