Weeding Reveals Natural Inner Peace!

My Weeding / Re-Clearing Day
My Weeding / Re-Clearing Day

This spring I was feeling (as a good friend says) “cocky-locky” about the state of our property and grounds. You see, last fall I had taken the opportunity to do a lot of weeding that had been long overdue. I removed loads and loads of overgrown brush.  It gave the property a whole new look and really improved its curb appeal.

And then all of a sudden this spring, a bunch of new growth! I must not have pulled all the weeds by the roots! While not as significant as what I had removed last fall, I knew that if I didn’t clear it, the grounds would soon look as it had before. So, I got to work a few days ago.

As I was working, it occurred to me how similar the process of physical weeding is to spiritual growth and development. Uncovering your natural feel good or high vibrational state-of-being requires you to clear the overgrown energetic “weeds” that conceal it. Further, it requires continuous monitoring to assure those weeds have been fully removed by the roots so they don’t start to grow again. Also, so that nothing new is introduced to the soil that is not intended or desired.

What are some examples of “weeding your psyche?” Well, it may be an energetic release in the form of forgiveness of not only others but yourself. It could be resolving trapped emotions or other outside energetic influences. It could be noticing how negative mind colors your experience and then consciously choosing to discipline your thoughts, just to name a few.

In order to maintain your personal curb-appeal (high vibration and feel good), it is necessary to cultivate what you desire. You have to metaphorically pull the weeds out by the roots and continuously monitor (based on how your spirit feels in your body) whether anything else has taken root.

While admittedly there is effort involved, it is totally worthwhile in order to uncover your natural inner Peace!
